7/13/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer camp program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directives within two prompts by playing around with his peers in the restroom. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty utilizing positive peer interactions when interacting with his peers outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty communicating his anger appropriately and following directives within two prompts while eating lunch. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directives within two prompts. During midday observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of utilizing positive peer interactions when interacting with his peers. During afternoon observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of communicating his anger appropriately and following directives within two prompts. The client responded well towards summer program session as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directives within two prompts and to not play in the restroom. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to utilize positive peer interactions when interacting with his peers outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives and becoming angry. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to communicate his anger appropriately and to follow directives within two prompts while eating lunch.
